Even though more that 95% of Lao coffee is produced in the Bolaven Plateau, arabica has been (re)introduced in Northern Laos for about a decade, above 800m elevations. It was noticed that farmers in these areas apply meticulously all steps required to produce high quality, from the production to the processing of coffee.
